We are a team of passionate gatherers. From providing intentional meeting design and conversation frameworks, to out-of-the box and creative event planning. We bring with us a tool box of techniques and prescriptive guides based on years of experience as former company leaders, facilitators and creative artists.

With 25 years as a business and IT consulting executive, Donielle has guided organizations through complex technology transformations and strategic initiatives. A skilled facilitator, she brings positive energy that inspires collaboration and alignment toward common goals. As a consultant, advisor, and facilitator, Donielle has played a key role in thousands of meetings and events, helping teams navigate change and drive meaningful outcomes.

Tammy Boyle

Tammy brings 30+ years of leadership experience across prominent organizations including the American Cancer Society, Junior Achievement, and Prison Fellowship. A published author and international speaker, she excels at inspiring audiences, driving organizational growth, and developing successful strategies.
